Agro Industry: Agro Business is divided into various types of Products. such as Pesticides, Fertilizers,Seeds,PGR etc. you can maintain all your entries for such products through Balance-Biz software. you can make separate invoices of Pesticides, Fertilizers,Seeds,PGR etc. or combinely also.

While making Item master entry for Pesticides, these columns should be set. following things are mandatory for creating item master in case of Pesticide Items for Agro industy

• Item Name
• Item Type (Pesticide)
• Unit
• MRP
• HSN Code (if applicable)
• GST Rate
• Opening Stock Details
• Batch No.
• Expiry Date of the product.
• Opening Stock

Set these columns from "Set Columns for Item Details" for Item details and "Set Columns for Opening Stock" for Stock details for Item Master.

When you make Item master entry for Fertilizer such columns should be set. following things are mandatory for creating item master in case of Fertilizer Items for Agro industy

• Item Name
• Item Type (Fertilizer)
• Company Name
• Unit
• MRP
• HSN Code (if applicable)
• GST Rate
• Opening Stock Details
• Batch No
• Expiry Date of the product

Set columns for this same as that of pesticide item master.

When you make Item master entry for Seeds, such columns should be set. following things are mandatory for creating item master in case of Seeds Items for Agro industy

• Item Name
• Item Type (Seeds)
• Company Name
• Unit
• MRP
• HSN Code (if applicable)
• Opening Stock Details
• Batch No
• Expiry Date of the product

GST is not applicable for seeds items in agro industry, so we should not enter GST percentage while making item master entry for Seeds.

In this way you need to set your Bill columns for seeds invoices.

You just have to make item master entries of all the products separately as explained above.

Sample Bill settings for PGR (Plant Growth Regulators): Plant Growth Regulators are (PGR) refers to Natural or Synthetic substances influence the growth & development.
