In Balance-Biz Software, While taking Backup of your data, in main window of the software first of all you have to select the Backup option in that, we have to select year of that Company and then select the location where you want to take the Backup and then you click on the " Start Backup" button. in this way backup will be taken successfully.you can take monthly or daily Backup of your Data. so that no threat of loosing your data and security of your data will be maintained.

The growth and sustainability of your business depends on important information that pertains to your operations. Database backup simply refers to the process of copying information from the computer in order for you to have copies that are recoverable through data recovery when data is lost during an unfortunate event.

B] Import Data from Backup

This option is useful for importing the data from the place where we have taken it's Backup to its original place.

In this, If you have Backup file, then only you can import data from backup file.

For this you have to, 1) Select Backup file 2) select company after this, detailed file will be shown.

Then by clicking on "Show details" we can see the number of both side records. in this, we can copy only entry or master or both the entries and master.

Also, while the records are being copied, we get the two options- 1) Overright : by this option, the old records will be removed and new data will get copied. OR 2) we can copy copy other data instead of old data.
