  • SMS option is given on the right side of the main screen of software. in this sample sms are also given.

  • your firm name will come in "From" and in "Dear" you will select the name of Customer, Supplier or Employee or any other Party to whom you want to send sms.

  • Then write your text in the given window and select the Date and enter Mobile No. of the respective party.

  • You can send any sms as per your requirement. various samples are given. for ex. sms for Outstanding of the customer,Bill generated, Material has been sent, etc.

  • After composing the message you just have to click on "Send sms" button. and your text message will get delivered to mobile of that party.
